Please note: We are very busy and we need to try and reduce support tickets if possible. So, if you need to do anything in regards to managing your subscription I.E. Skip, Pause or Cancel your subscription then we urge you to try and log in and manage your subscription yourself, you can also update your billing address, and much more.

Shipping Alerts:

Thinking about contacting us to ask when we will ship your box? No need to do that. We ship each month on the 20th unless the 20th lands on a weekend. Then it gets pushed back slightly. Your box then takes a few days to arrive as we ship second class post via Royal Mail.

We will also let you know in this section below if we have any delays for the month. As you can appreciate, we are very busy and were trying our best to reduce customer support emails by answering all your questions on website. This section should cover your emails to us about when will my box be delivered.

With us shipping second class please give Royal Mail till the end of the month to deliver your box before contacting us if it does not turn up for some reason. We can track your box and will have a tracking number. But please give us till the end of the month before contacting us.
