Your first monthly dog box is dispatched to you on the 20th of the month. For the first-time buyers we do try and dispatch your first box quicker within 7-10 working days but depending on how busy we are this cannot always be guaranteed.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS & SUBSCRIBERS
We take payment on the 1st of every month.
Your Doggy Treat Box is then shipped on the 20th of each month.
